Making Peanut Butter
2 cups unsalted, roasted shelled peanuts
1 tablespoon peanut oil 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Tips Add sweetener (honey) or spices (cinnamon) to the finished peanut butter.
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend until desired texture is reached.
3.. Place in airtight container and refrigerate unused portion.
